The Client Portal

One of the unique challenges any TPA faces is in developing a secure process in which to communicate sensitive plan information to plan sponsors, administrators, and fiduciaries. While the use of secure portals have become commonplace, few offer the functionality of Pencor's Client Portal.

Pencor's Client Portal is fully integrated with our document provider. This greatly simplifies the process of restating plan documents, signing amendments, posting Annual Notices, and other document related tasks. Additionally, the Client Portal is also integrated with the Department of Labor E-Fast 5500 electronic filing system. Using this tool, Plan Sponsors can E-sign and determine the status of previously submitted IRS Forms 5500 and 8955-SSA.

Pencor's Client Portal is an exceptional Document and Government Forms platform, but the functionality does not end there. It is also a useful tool for requesting annual census and asset data, for communicating reminders, and for disseminating compliance documents and newsletters.

Pencor's Client Portal also contains a Document Manager. With this feature, your plan documents are only a click away. You will have access to your Pencor Contracts, Portal User Forms, annual administration/compliance reports, legal plan documents and participant notices.

Pencor has designated a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to act as the point of contact for plan principals or their proxies. This team member manages portal user credentials and is the resident Client Portal and Customer Service Expert. The CRM is readily available to assist you with your Portal and Compliance FAQ's.

Online Annual Questionnaire

Finally, the Client Portal features an online, fillable annual questionnaire. Thus, plan sponsors no longer need to download and print this document. For ease of use, it has been designed such that the user need not complete the questionnaire in one sitting. The user can save their work, and complete it at another time without losing previously answered questions.
